You can send an e-mail or fill in the contact form on the website. Your e-mail will be answered as soon as possible within opening hours. Unfortunately, we are not easily accessible by telephone.

If it is your very first treatment  at Glow Expert, it is best to book the First Treatment. During this treatment, we advise you which treatment is right and we will start immediately by taking care of your skin.

You could send an e-mail so that we are informed. However, 10 minutes after your treatment would start, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will have to make an appointment again via the website.

You can change your appointment free of charge 48 hours prior to the treatment. For faster processing, it is recommended to check availability in the online agenda and which place suits you best. Please inform us about this by e-mail.

Please note: the new time/date must therefore be communicated to us between 49 and 48 hours at the latest.

Within 48 hours, we will charge for the treatment or retain the deposit, regardless of the reason. We assume that you always have a good reason to cancel. However, it is impossible for us to take this into account. The following treatments in a series will also be canceled if you do not cancel in time.
