Gift Card Policy

The Glow Expert Gift Card is available at www.glowexpert.nl and can be redeemed online and in the Glow Expert clinic. In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, the conditions below apply to all use of the Glow Expert Gift Card.

These terms and conditions apply to all electronic and physical gift cards issued by Glow Expert (hereinafter collectively: “Gift Card”) that are sold by Glow Expert and third parties designated by Glow Expert.

The Gift Card is valid for 2 years and can be exchanged at any time for treatments and products from the Glow Expert range. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be returned.

The Gift Card is always provided to the buyer and cannot be sent as a gift to another (email) address. The buyer can forward the Gift Card as a gift to a third party.

The Gift Card is only issued once. It is not possible to transfer the (residual) value of the Glow Expert Gift Card to another Gift Card.

The Gift Card must be spent in one go.

Only original Gift Cards and codes are accepted.

Glow Expert reserves the right to only accept the Gift Card after proof of purchase is presented upon request or the e-mail in which Glow Expert or a designated third party has sent the code of the digital Gift Card and to in the event of improper use ( and any suspicion thereof) to still demand payment in money. If the Gift Card was purchased from a third party, the receipt and invoice must be submitted to Glow Expert upon request.

Glow Expert reserves the right to refuse payment with the Gift Card if payment is not possible due to a technical malfunction.

Ownership of the gift card is transferred at the time of receipt of the gift card by the buyer. If a third party gains unauthorized (digital or physical) access to the Gift Card after receiving the gift card, this is at the risk of the buyer. Glow Expert is in no way liable for theft, loss, forgery or misuse of the Gift Card. Glow Expert will under no circumstances pay out or settle the remaining credit.
